INGREDIENTS:

• Cookies
• 3 cups all purpose flour
• 1/2 tsp baking powder
• 1/2 tsp salt
• 1 cup butter, softened
• 1 1/3 cups sugar
• 2 large eggs
• 2 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
• 1/2 tsp almond extract
• Frosting
• 1/2 cup butter, softened
• 2 cups - 3 1/2 cups powdered sugar
• 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
• salt to taste
• 2-3 tsp milk

INSTRUCTIONS:

• Cream butter with a mixer until light and fluffy, about 2 minutes.

• Add in sugar and cream until well combined, about 2 minutes.

• Add in eggs, 1 at a time, creaming until combined. Add vanilla and almond extracts.
